I really like the pastel pink colour of this dress and how various textures have been created through the use of lace, embroidery and other materials.

I have produced a further study sheet of objects relating to Rococo.  As I chose a period theme for my interiors project, I decided to visit various museums so that I was able to gather research as well as take photographs to draw from.  This meant that I was not heavily relying on secondary sources such as the Internet and books for research and imagery.  Museums I visited included Bowes Museum and the V&A in London.

I really like the flamboyant side to Rococo.  Therefore, I have chosen to draw cherubs and flowers, as I feel that this imagery strongly connects to the Rococo theme.

I have chosen a Rococo theme for my interior design project.  Therefore, I have begun to produce study sheets, using a variety of mixed media, of objects which I feel tie in with my Rococo theme.

I have began to hand paint the floral design within my first garment, as well as use various hand and machine embroidery techniques to add further detail.

I have chosen a selection of threads, which I may use within my garments.  This will allow me to select the correct colours for the required areas.

I have decided to hand paint the floral patterns within areas of my garments.  Therefore, I have tested the colour of various dyes so that I am able to achieve the correct colours.
